Home-made cakes are a great way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. Why not treat someone you love to a box of pretty cupcakes, an individually wrapped mini sponge cake, or a large cake decorated to suit a special theme or idea?
All my cupcakes and large cakes are handmade in my kitchen in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. I don’t use any industrial equipment whatsoever; all the cakes and icing are made in small batches with my own fair hands. It takes longer but I think it’s worth it.
